Structural Concrete Superintendent

Currently hiring in two locations

Job Description

We are looking for Project Superintendents that are qualified and experienced in all aspects of Structural Concrete Construction.

The Project Superintendent is the company’s representative assigned the responsibility and authority for daily executions of the project plan, so it is safe, within budget, on schedule, to the company’s quality standards, and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Some Primary Duties and Responsibilities of the Project Superintendent include:

Safety

Job Planning

Scheduling

Organize job site personnel to best fit their individual talents.

Coordinate and supervise all company and Subcontractor work forces on the project.

Maintain ACCURATE timekeeping and cost records.

Quality Control

Daily Construction Reports and Safety Meetings are being produced and maintained.

  • An employee’s first ninety (90) days of employment are on a trial basis and are considered a continuation of the employment selection process.
